Analysis of Google Analytics for BIG DATA Basic Concepts blogs

In this final blog, you can see my google analysis report of the audience(traffic) generated on my blogs website. This data covers the analysis of multiple metrics over a period of six weeks.

Audience Overview:

In the below Audience overview report shows the various metrics such as Users, pageviews, Sessions, etc. regarding my recent blog posts.

In this report, there were 97 unique users visited my blog website and 239 sessions occurred as the analysis report shows. As it can be seen from the pie chart diagram above in the snapshot that the new visitors on the blog site were more than the returning visitors. The bounce rate was below 50% which is significant for short term analysis.

Acquisition Overview:
Acquisition metrics tell us how many users an audience has send and how well the audience works to get me the potential views on blog site (percentage of new users, new users).

Approximately, partial of the audience reaches through the direct channels and social media platform. I’ve also managed to share the blog links through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to increase the traffic. The above image shows more information.

Behaviour Overview:
The Behaviour metrics helped to know how well is my site engages users, whether they leave after viewing just one page (Bounce Rate), whether they are viewing multiple pages (Pages / Session), and whether they spend the amount of time engaging with my content.

The total number of pageviews shows 767 and unique pageviews show 566 figure mentioned as per the above snapshot of the report. This is followed by the statistics of individual pages with the percentage of pageviews respectively.

From the above snapshot of the report of audience’s device category, you can find that the majority of the users were from mobile devices than the desktop users. The figure tells that 67%(~69.07%) were encountered from mobile and 30%(~30.93%) from the desktop devices.
